كيف نستخدم البيانات

لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات أو للتتبع عبر تطبيقات أو مواقع أخرى.

المشاركة

نشارك الحد الأدنى من البيانات اللازم للرحلة بين الراكب والكابتن (الاسم، الصورة، الموقع أثناء الرحلة، بيانات المركبة). ونستخدم مزودي خدمات لتشغيل التطبيق (الاستضافة، Firebase للإشعارات والتحقق، خرائط Google، ومزود الدفع) ويعالجون البيانات نيابةً عنا فقط. قد نفصح عن البيانات إذا ألزمنا القانون بذلك.

الاحتفاظ والحذف

نحتفظ بالبيانات طوال مدة نشاط الحساب. يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق: الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب. عند الحذف تُزال بياناتك الشخصية، وقد نحتفظ بسجلات الرحلات والمعاملات المالية المطلوبة قانونيًا أو محاسبيًا لفترة محدودة.

الأمان

تنتقل البيانات عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS)، وتُحفظ مستندات الكباتن في تخزين غير عام.

Privacy Policy – V-Go

Applies to V-Go (riders) and V-Go Captain (drivers). Last updated: October 9, 2026.

Data we collect

Account: name, phone number, optional email, gender, profile photo.
Captains: national ID, driving and vehicle licence images, vehicle photo — for identity and safety checks.
Location: precise location while requesting and taking a ride. The Captain app uses background location only while the captain is online or on a trip, to dispatch nearby requests and track the trip.
Trips and payments: pickup/drop-off points, fares, ratings and wallet transactions. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by us.
Device: push-notification token and device type.
Messages: support chat and rider–captain trip chat.

How we use it

To run the service (matching, pricing, trip tracking, settlements), for safety, fraud prevention and captain verification, and for support and trip/account notifications. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Sharing

Only the data a trip needs is shared between rider and captain. Service providers (hosting, Firebase, Google Maps, the payment provider) process data on our behalf only. We may disclose data when required by law.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept while your account is active. Delete your account any time in the app: Settings → Delete account. Personal data is removed; trip and financial records required by law or accounting may be kept for a limited period.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS; captain documents are stored in non-public storage.

Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 18.
